The Adair Clubhouse is perfect for my event! What are the first things I need to know about using the facility with regards to my event?
The rental fee includes use of the dining room, lounge, and patio area. Valley Catering provides 60-inch round tables, some 6- and 8-foot tables, chairs, house linens and china for your use. We set up and clean up so you don’t have that extra worry. All food and beverage must go through Valley Catering with the exception of a specialty dessert, such as a wedding cake.
The Adair Clubhouse is located across the street from the Adair Park. As the Adair Clubhouse is property of Benton County, it adheres to county property regulations, including the ban of all tobacco use on county premises. The Adair Clubhouse is located close to residential areas and all outside music must be turned down by 10:00 pm.

When I place an order with Valley Catering what items are generally included in the pricing?
When you hire Valley Catering for your event we provide linens for buffet and beverage tables, chafing dishes, serving utensils and eco-friendly paper products at no additional charge. Guest table linens and china can be rented through Valley Catering. Ask a coordinator about sizes, colors, and patterns!
Before I place an order, what should I think about?
The first things a Valley Catering coordinator may ask about your event are: your vision, budget, location, if china and table linens are necessary, what food and beverages are important for you to provide to your guests.
When do I need to have my order confirmed and my final guaranteed number reported?
Generally, your order must be confirmed and your guaranteed number reported 7-12 days prior to your event. Please inquire with a coordinator for an exact date.
I would like to have alcohol available at my event, but it’s not in my budget to pay for it all. What are my options?
Valley Catering has experience with no-host bars, also called cash bars, at a myriad of events. We can provide a no-host bar at your wedding, yet a champagne toast hosted by you. Drink tickets are an affordable way to offer a complimentary drink at a company party while staying on budget and allowing guests the opportunity to purchase another drink with a no-host bar available at the same time.
Valley Catering strictly adheres to Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) regulations. Our bartenders are licensed and we do carry liability insurance. View our alcohol policies on the second page of our Alcohol List.
Do you accommodate private tastings?
A private tasting can be provided at a fee of $100.00 for up to four people. If you choose to book with Valley Catering, the $100.00 paid at the time of the tasting will be applied as an additional booking deposit on the final invoice.
Valley Catering offers an open-house tasting event each January featuring the updated menu for the year. This event gives you the chance to experience our service, sample items from our menus and get a taste of our alcohol selection.
