  • Sliced roast beef, turkey breast, ham and sliced cheeses, accompanied by
    assorted sliced breads and condiments

Salads and Sides – Choose Three

  • Southwestern black bean and rice salad – a colorful mix of black beans, rice, roasted corn, red pepper and red onion
  • Fresh fruit salad or platter
  • Classic Broccoli and Bacon salad with golden raisins and sunflower seeds
  • Pasta salad with herbs and roasted vegetables tossed with feta vinaigrette
  • Tossed garden mixed greens salad with choice of dressing
    • Herbed Ranch dressing
    • House–made poppy seed vinaigrette
    • Olive Oil Italian with Feta cheese
