Simple Plated Lunch

  • Mixed garden greens topped with warm sliced red potatoes, green beans, browned sliced chicken breast with a dijon mustard vinaigrette
  • Brownies and lemon bars served family style

Economy Plated Lunch

  • Mixed garden greens with sliced cucumbers, grated carrot, cherry tomato and choice of dressings
  • Herb roasted chicken breast with Tuscan mashed potatoes and buttered green beans
  • Pasta with sautéed mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, spinach and parmesan cheese with or without grilled chicken breast
  • Marble brownies and lemon bars served family style

  • Crisp romaine lettuce, julienne red onions, shredded parmesan tossed with a creamy Caesar dressing and herb croutons
  • Mixed garden greens with sliced cucumbers, grated carrot, cherry tomato and choice of dressings

  • House-made poppy seed vinaigrette
  • Olive Oil Italian with Feta cheese

  • Green Bean Almandine
  • Baby Glazed carrots
  • Roasted seasonal vegetables

Choose One Starch

  • Herbed rice pilaf
  • Tuscan mashed potatoes
  • Red potatoes roasted with rosemary and garlic

Vegetarian Entrée – Choose One

  • Creamy polenta served with a roasted tomato cream sauce
  • Gnocchi with a brown butter and mushroom sauce
  • Jeweled rice with a coconut curry sauce (vegan)
  • Lasagna rolls with hearty vegetable marinara and buttered green beans

Chicken Entrée – Choose One

  • Tarragon braised chicken with mushrooms and onions
  • Herb roasted chicken breast
  • Browned chicken breast or breaded chicken breast with choice of topping
    -Parsley, almonds and lemon zest
    -Hearty vegetable marinara
    -Creamy pesto sauce
    -Seasonal fruit chutney

Beef and Pork Entrée – Choose One

  • Sliced flank steak or flat iron steak with fresh tomato basil salsa
  • Roasted pork loin with Dijon mustard and stone fruit chutney
