Simple Plated Dinner

  • Mixed garden greens with sliced cucumbers, grated carrot, cherry tomato and choice of dressings
  • Penne pasta with roasted red peppers, spinach, mushrooms, garlic and olive oil – with or without grilled chicken breast or Italian sausage
  • House made lemon bars and brownies

Economy Plated Dinner

  • Mixed garden greens with sliced cucumbers, grated carrot, cherry tomato and choice of dressings
    -Herbed Ranch Dressing
    -House-made poppy seed vinaigrette
    -Olive-oil Italian with feta cheese
  • Tarragon chicken – roasted chicken with mushrooms and onions finished with a
    sour cream and tarragon sauce served with roasted red potatoes and green buttered beans
  • Florentine Raviolis with roasted tomato cream sauce, served with buttered green beans
  • Rich chocolate cake with raspberry sauce

Pre-set Salad – Choose One

  • Mixed baby greens with choice of three toppings: mandarin oranges, cranberries, sliced apples or pears, crumbled bleu cheese, fresh goat cheese, crumbled feta, toasted hazelnuts or almonds, candied pecans and choice of dressings
    -Herbed Ranch Dressing
    -House-made poppy seed vinaigrette
    -Olive-oil Italian with feta cheese
  • Crisp romaine lettuce, julienne red onions, shredded parmesan with a creamy
  • Caesar dressing and herb croutons
  • Spinach Salad with choice of three toppings: sliced strawberries, mango, blueberries, apples or pears, toasted almonds or hazelnuts, candied pecans, shredded coconut, red onion, feta cheese, bleu cheese and choice of dressings

Vegetables – Choose One

  • Roasted seasonal vegetables
  • Roasted asparagus (seasonal)
  • Flame roasted sweet corn and peppers
  • Green Bean Almandine
  • Glazed butternut squash (seasonal)
  • Broccoli rabe with cranberries and candied pecans
  • Buttered green beans with red peppers and roasted garlic

Starch – Choose One

  • Wild rice pilaf
  • Red potatoes roasted with rosemary and garlic
  • Roasted sweet potatoes
  • Cheddar or Tuscan mashed potatoes with gravy
  • Butternut squash and sage risotto
  • Jeweled couscous or rice
  • Creamy herbed polenta

Vegetarian Entrées

  • Creamy polenta served with a roasted tomato cream sauce
  • Orecchiette ala verdure – broccoli florets, peas and roasted tomatoes
  • Seasonal vegetable napoleon with a sherry Beurre blanc
  • Rice, vegetable and parmesan stuffed portabella mushroom (can be vegan)
  • Gnocchi with a brown butter and mushroom sauce
  • Wild mushroom raviolis with roasted garlic cream sauce
  • Jeweled rice with a coconut curry sauce (vegan)

Chicken Entrées

  • Chicken Marabella – chicken breast marinated in white wine with dried fruit and olives
  • Chicken Valley “Bleu” – breaded breast filled with bacon, bleu cheese and topped with cream sauce
  • Tuscan chicken breast – topped with proscuitto, asiago cheese, sage and a white wine sauce
  • Chicken breast stuffed with artichoke, lemon and goat cheese topped with a light cream sauce
  • Chicken Kiev – breaded chicken breast filled with herb butter and cream sauce
  • Browned chicken breast with parsley, almonds and lemon zest

Beef and Pork Entrées

  • Filet mignon with béarnaise sauce
  • Pork tenderloin with a spiced fruit chutney
  • Grilled flat iron steak with bleu cheese and shallot butter
  • Sliced flank steak fresh tomato basil salsa
  • Roasted pork loin with red grape and balsamic reduction
  • Grilled pork chop with caramelized onions and apples or peaches (in season)
  • Beef tenderloin with a warm pesto mushroom sauce

  • Smoked paprika and cornmeal dusted, with Creole butter

  • Citrus and White wine baked Salmon served with Dill Sauce
  • Cumin Rubbed Salmon with Corn Relish
  • Rolled sole with bay shrimp in a white wine cream sauce
  • Seasoned sole with lemon caper sauce
  • Smokey glazed salmon with pineapple salsa and dill sauce
