  • Traditional potato salad
  • Baked beans – with brown sugar and bacon simmered in our house–made special sauce
  • Cole Slaw choice of – traditional, Asian sesame or lime ginger
  • Sliced watermelon
  • Valley’s Famous Macaroni Saladwith a touch of smoked cheddar, red onions and celery
  • Mixed garden greens with chiffonade of red cabbage, sliced cucumbers, grated carrot, cherry tomato, herb croutons and choice of dressings
    • Herbed Ranch dressing
    • House-made poppy seed vinaigrette
    • Olive Oil Italian with Feta cheese
  • Summer cucumber salad: vinaigrette or sour cream dressing
  • Southwestern black bean and rice salad – a colorful mix of black beans, rice, roasted corn, red pepper and red onion
  • Pasta salad with herbs and roasted vegetables tossed with feta vinaigrette
  • Tabouli salad – with cracked wheat, mint, garlic, lemon, tomatoes, green onions
  • Classic three bean salad

B Side Dishes

  • Hot German potato salad
  • Sliced red potatoes, with green beans, roasted red peppers and cherry tomatoes, marinated in a stone ground mustard vinaigrette
