Alcohol Policies

  • Hourly Bartender Fee $18.00 per hour per server
  • Due to liability issues and state liquor laws, Valley Catering must supply and serve all alcohol
  • Full bar set up available at Adair Clubhouse, other locations please inquire with Valley Catering
    • Spirits are available at Linn County Fair and Expo for a $75.00 set-up fee
  • No Host bar serving beer and wine available with minimum $75.00 guarantee
  • OLCC prohibits serving alcohol to guests under the age of 21 or to anyone visibly intoxicated. Valley Catering,Inc. strictly adheres to all laws and regulations pertaining to the sale and service of alcohol beverages. We ask your understanding and cooperation in preventing sales to minors and intoxicated individuals.
  • There is a $5.00 per bottle corkage fee for wine provided by non-profits.
  • All kegs ordered are paid in full-no refund on partial or unused kegs. We are not allowed to give or sell unused alcohol
  • A maximum of 4 (hours) of alcohol service is available at each event. Additional service is available at our discretion and will require an additional hourly rate.

You must sign a copy of our alcohol policy statement to agree that you have read and understand the alcohol policies of Valley Catering.
