Denim and Diamonds - The Fabulous 50's!

On March 6, 2010 we catered the Annual Denim and Diamonds Auction for the Trillium Family Services at Randy Jones Chevrolet.

The menu for the night was a Fabulous 50’s Diner – appetizers included pigs in a blanket, stuffed celery, mac and cheese. The bar served drinks from the 50’s Whiskey sours, Manhattan’s and Old fashions. The served dinner was a gourmet burger, jo jo wedges, cole slaw, jello salad and hot fudge sundaes for dessert!

Cheri Galvin and the Mary Powers Guild created a beautiful 50’s diner theme for this fun and unique event. There were wonderful silent and live auction items that the guests were eager to bid on. The show stealer was the raffle prize a 1973 Mercury Cougar Convertible!
