Pricing for Weddings
The newly renovated Clubhouse at Adair Village offers the finest setting for your wedding and reception. Our pricing can vary depending on season and length of time to your event. Included in the base price are the following amenities:
- On-site Catering and Professional Staff
- Full Event Coordinating
- Beautiful Patio Setting
- Ample Parking
- Set-up and Clean-up
- Linens and China
In-season: May – September prices start at $995.00
Off-season: October – April prices start at $595.00
Options include:
- Friday, Saturday, or Sunday Reception Only
10-hour block between 8 a.m. and midnight - Ceremony and Reception
8 a.m. until midnight Includes setup for ceremony and reset for reception. Time for decorating and pictures. Complimentary snacks and beverages for the bridal party. - Rehearsal the evening before (if available) 5:30-10:30 p.m.
Pricing for Meetings, Retreats, Retirements, and Anniversary Celebrations
We provide:
- Tables and chairs
- Linen and china
- Set-up and clean-up
- Onsite catering
Seating Capacity:
- Approximately 80-90 guests classroom style
- Approximately 144 guests at rounds
- “Stand up” receptions 200 guests
- Summer receptions using the patio 250 guests
Weekday rates (Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Monday to Thursday from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m.) start at $195.00
Off Season Weekends (October-April except December; Friday after 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday) start at $295.00
In Season Weekends (May-September & December; Friday after 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday) start at $495.00
