Pricing for Weddings at the Adair Clubhouse
The newly renovated Clubhouse at Adair Village offers the finest setting for your wedding and reception. Our pricing can vary depending on season and length of time to your event. Included in the base price are the following amenities:
- On-site Catering and Professional Staff
- Full Event Coordinating
- Beautiful Patio Setting
- Ample Parking
- Set-up and Clean-up
- Linens and China
In-Season (May ~ September)
Friday, Saturday or Sunday
Reception Only: $995.00
- 10 hour block between 9am and midnight
Ceremony and Reception $1,200.00
- 9am until midnight
- Set-up for ceremony, re-set for reception
- Time for decorating and pictures
- Complimentary beverage for the bridal party
Rehearsal, Ceremony, Reception $1,500.00
Rehearsal the evening before (if available) from 5:30 to 10:30 pm, ceremony and reception
Off-Season (October ~ April)
Friday, Saturday or Sunday
Reception Only: $595.00
Ceremony and Reception: $695.00

We provide:

Seating Capacity:
- Approximately 80-90 guests classroom style
- Approximately 135 guests at rounds
- “Stand up” receptions: 200 guests
- Summer receptions using the patio: 250 guests
Weekday Rates
Monday through Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) $195.00
Monday through Thursday (5:30 pm to 10:30 pm) $195.00
Weekend Rates
(Friday night, Saturday, Sunday)
In-Season (June ~ September) $450.00
Off-Season (October ~ May) $295.00
