A Valley Catering staff member provides service to guests at an event. Valley Catering provides professional service at Oregon State University and throughout Corvallis, Albany and the Mid-Willamette Valley for lunch deliveries, intimate in-home dinners, wedding receptions, memorials, conferences and more.


Owner, Mary Bentley, was one of the original owners of the Valley Restaurant in downtown Corvallis, which opened in 1977 and was a local establishment for 22 years. Because of the popularity of the restaurant, there were many requests for catering services for weddings, social events and corporate events such as meetings and conferences.

As local facilities like the CH2M Hill Alumni Center at Oregon State University and the Linn County Fair and Expo Center were built to accommodate large groups, the need for catering services rapidly grew and the “catering department” outgrew the space at the restaurant.

In 1998 Valley Catering, Inc. became a separate entity and moved to the Adair Clubhouse The Clubhouse was formerly the “Officer’s Club” when Camp Adair was a military base, so it is filled with many memories.

With remodeling and upgrades, the Clubhouse has become a first-class venue for weddings, retreats, and parties. We’re located just across the street from Adair Park, making a peaceful atmosphere for you to enjoy.

The Clubhouse dining room overlooks a beautiful garden patio setting and seats up to 135 guests. Using the patio, lounge, and dining room 250 guests can be accommodated in the summer. There is plenty of parking and you’ll enjoy the convenience of an on-site caterer. Our office and central kitchen are both located here. Come out for a visit!
